Is there a MINIMUM order?
Yes. I have a $750 minimum order. Because all work is custom and fresh flowers are not kept in stock, I require all projects and events to meet this minimum.
What are the payment options?
Cash, Cheque and Etransfers are all options for payments.
Do you offer packages?
Yes! I have an Intimate Wedding Package that can be customized for your needs. I also have 'Bulk Flower' Packages. Check in the Products page for details.
Are fresh flowers more expensive than silk?
Not necessarily!
Quality silk flowers can be just as expensive, and sometimes more expensive, than real flowers.
When deciding it is important to go over pros & cons;
hardiness (for set-ups and weather)
weight (for installations of designs)
timeframe of event (hours vs. days)
carbon footprint
scent, feel, texture
keep or re-use
etc.
Do you deliver?
Short answer, YES!
Specifics would need to be worked out, but there are always options.
What is your cancellation policy?
When booking your flowers and securing your date I require a $250 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. This fee will not be returned if flowers are cancelled at any time after booking and prior to event.
If you cancel flowers less than 30 days prior to event the $250 deposit & 50% of total order will be non-refundable.
